“I approached Raha as I had reached a point in my life where I needed help, needed clarity and to be at peace. Being a bit of a skeptic I even questioned the possibility of things ever changing. Less than two months later. with regular contact with Raha I discovered a whole new understanding of my thinking, reacting and living in the moment.
To many, this may sound strange but to live think and navigate through life confident in your own decisions, free from guilt or consumed by your traumatic past is truly liberating. I understand now that much of our physical pain is connected with our mental/emotional pain that we have buried very deep within us. To be able to address and deal with my past felt like a ‘mental decluttering’ and at times a closure – allowing myself to move on.
I know I am on a journey and I feel excited at the prospect of no longer being constrained by my very own thoughts. I stepped out on this amazing journey with Raha navigating me along the way.
I appreciated her honesty, patience and clear effort to engage with me. She comprehended my needs and how they were affecting me at that time. She gave me time and space without rushing me or interrupting me. I am blessed to have her in my life.”
